About

I began my career in equity compensation 20 years ago. Fresh out of university and eager to build a career in financial services, I joined Capita — a decision that proved foundational. There, I developed deep technical expertise by supporting global organisations with equity administration, trustee services, and compliance. Like many of my peers at the time, I hadn’t planned to work in this niche business, but it quickly became a springboard into a rewarding and long-term career in the industry.

After spending time travelling and working across various banking roles, I returned to Capita to continue where I left off. In this second chapter, I specialised in onboarding clients to our administration platform, managing data migrations, and overseeing corporate actions. As an implementation manager, I led data reviews, created project frameworks, and established long-term administrative processes — always with a focus on delivering trust and operational confidence to clients.

With a passion for technical storytelling, I became a regular contributor to sales engagements, eventually transitioning into a full-time career in equity compensation sales. Over the past 11 years, I held roles at Capita and later at Solium/Morgan Stanley, where I launched and scaled their European Private Markets business in 2018. I was proud to partner with some of Europe’s most innovative and high-growth companies — including Revolut, Monzo, Starling Bank, Vinted, SumUp, GetYourGuide and many more — helping them manage their most valuable employee incentive data.

The equity landscape has evolved dramatically since I started out. Today, more companies understand the strategic value of employee equity in attracting and retaining top talent.
